AFMC Pune MBBS 2017 Admissions Apply Online at mcc.nic.in

Armed Forces Medical College Pune has invited application for 132 vacant seats for MBBS 2017 course. Applicants can download MBBS 2017 Application form on AFMC Pune official website www.mcc.nic.in. There are a total of 132 seats are available including 105 seats for boys and 25 seats for girls cadets. The applicants seeking admission in AFMC Pune MBBS 2017 must qualify NEET UG – 2017 examination conducted by CBSE.

AFMC Pune Couselling & Registration for MBBS 2017

Applicants wishing to apply for the MBBS admission in AFMC Pune, have to first register on its online portal. refer the steps given below to register yourself on the website:

  1. Open the website www.mcc.nic.in
  2. Read the information brochure before applying
  3. After that Click on New User Registration link under Online Services tab
  4. Enter your Roll No, Registration No, Name, Mother’s Name & Date of Birth as printed in your CBSE Admit Card
  5. Click on Submit button

Doing so, you will be registered on the AFMC Pune website.An online form will apepar on your screen which you have to fill with required details. You will need to pay Rs. 250/-.as application form fee that can be remitted though SBI bank challan.

Who Can Apply

  • Citizen of India
  • Unmarried and physically fit person
  • belonging to an age group of 17-24 years as on 31st December 2017 (for 10+2 passed candidates). The candidate must have been born not earlier than 1st January 1994 & not later than 31 December 2000.
  • 10+2 qualified English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects in first attempt.
  • Passed 10+2 with minimum 60% aggregate marks taken together in PCB subjects, 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subject.
  • Passed class 10 with Mathematics subject.
  • Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir are eligible for admission to AFMC, Pune.
  • Appeared in NEET 2017 and scored minimum of marks at 50th percentile

On the basis of NEET 2017 scores, students will be shortlisted and called for the screening round at AFMC Pune. In the screenig round, cadifates will be tested with a combined Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR). After that, Interview will be held in the month of July. Final annoncement of shortlisted candidates will be done via sending a call letter.

Ujjwala Plus Yojna Launch Date – Free LPG Connection for BPL

The Narendra Modi led government is going to announce Ujjwala Plus Yojna on this Independence day i.e 15th August 2017. The motive of Ujjwala Plus Yojna is to expand the Pradhan mantri Ujjwala Yojana by providing free LPG connection to the women belonging to BPL category.

The free LPG gas connection is currently provide based on SECC 2011(Socio-Economic Caste Census). But many BPL families who are eligible for free LPG connection but their name is not there is SECC 2011 list are still waiting for free LPG connection. The Ujjwala Plus Yojana will cover women from such families who are left out of SECC 200 census.

Organizations and Individuals will be allowed to fund Ujjwala Plus yojna unlike PMUY which is funded by the government only. The government has decided to launch Ujjwala Plus scheme last year in October when the target of 1.5 crore connections under PM Ujjwala Yojana was completed for first year. Th epetroleum ministry had a meeting last week to finalize the details of new Ujjwala Plus scheme.

Under the Ujjwala Plus Yojana a subsidy of Rs 1600 will be provided for new LPG connection and the remaining 1500 will be borne by the beneficiary. An individual if wants to donate full amount to a particular beneficiary is allowed to do so by donating sum of Rs 3100. In case of bulk donation the remaining amount will be used for other beneficiaries.

A joint bank account by oil marketing companies HIndustan, Bharat and Indane is already opened with State Bank of India in Mumbai, the donations will be made to that account only. A sum of Rs 6 lakh is already deposited to that account for Ujjwala Plus scheme subsidy.

The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has released the result sheet of ACPC 1st round of seat allotment for B.E admissions.There are two webistes where students can check the result online, www.jacpcldce.ac.in & www.gujacpc.nic.in. Both the webistes are the official website of ACPC. The seat allocation result for B.E can be downloaded from any of these online portals.

As per the latest update, around 68,323 seats are available in 141 Engineering Colleges across the State of Gujarat. For the session of 2017, 4237 applciations have been received by ACPC. The provisiona; merit list was released by the committee on 17 June 2017.
