National Career Services is inviting online registration for Young Professionals Recruitment Program at National Career Service Portal. Interested candidates can apply online at the official NCS Portal www.ncsyoungprofessionals.in. Candidates recruited as “Young Professionals” will carry out the work of Model career centre established by NCS. Check out the eligibility criteria, programme details below. Last date for application is 11th December 2017

Candidates applying for the NCS Young Professionals programme will be selected in 2 phases. The first phase includes shortlisting candidates on the basis of applications received and then on GD, interview and IT literacy Test. Application and selection process is given below:

  • First of all candidate should be register as Jobseeker at NCS portal www.ncs.gov.in to get NCS ID. It is one-time registration process.
  • Open NCS Young Professionals recruitment 2018 application form at www.ncsyoungprofessionals.in
  • Now Fill the application form, enter your name, date of birth and NCS ID
  • Enter E-mail ID, Mobile number and communication address
  • Provide details of academic qualification and work experience
  • Upload the necessary documents and Submit application form

Eligibility for Young Professionals in NCS Programme

  • Candidate should have passed 10th and 12th class with 50% marks from a recognized school board
  • Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in related field or
  • He/she should have Master’s Degree with 2 years of experience
  • The degree should be recognized by UGC, AICTE etc.

Role of Young Professionals in NCS 2018

Young Professionals need to carry out multiple tasks at various model career centres like

  • Promoting the National Career Services portal
  • Preparing reports of performance to be submitted to DGE (Directorate Of General Employment)
  • Plan and organize career events in schools, colleges in publicizing career centre services
  • Organising Job Fairs and interacting with institution heads, industries to reach out to large audiences
  • Understanding the current industry trends and their skill requirement
  • Doing research and analysis for improvement in Model Career centre activities

NCS Young Professional Salary

  • Candidates recruited as “Young Professional” in National Career Services will get salary of Rs.40,000 per month
  • In addition Candidate will get Rs.1500 per month for local conveyance
